Ryan Maas has been with the firm since 2002. Ryan earned his M.B.A. from the University of Iowa in 2001 and concentrates his practice on business transactions, formation, and governance of closely held business entities, acquisition and disposition of business assets, and a wide variety of real estate matters. Growing up in an Air Force family, Ryan lived and traveled overseas extensively, but has remained in Iowa, his family's home state, following graduation from law school. He is the immediate past president of the statewide Hawkeye Fly Fishing Association and actively supports and volunteers for local and national conservation organizations. Ryan was selected to the Corridor Business Journal's Forty Under 40—a list of individuals under 40 who have made significant impact in their professional work and in their communities. From his home in Iowa City, Ryan enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his wife, Liz, and daughters Mara and Rowyn.
