44-year-old American Hustle star Jeremy Renner and 24-year-old model Sonni Pacheco have finally cut a deal over child custody and child support for their two-year-old daughter, People reported on April 1.
Renner will share joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Ava, despite Pacheco’s request for primary custody. The actor is also obliged to provide $13,000 for child support, although he will not be paying any spousal support to his ex. Pacheco requested spousal support in the divorce papers she filed last December, in spite of a prenuptial agreement.
The two were married for 10 months before Pacheco filed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences.
