• To Our Valued Clients and Friends

We are committed to safeguarding the health of our clients and staff during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. As such, we continue to take proactive steps to maintain our essential operations and continue to provide convenient and accessible services. To read more please Click Here

Our offices have reopened in accordance with recommendations by the CDC and the State of Iowa. In-person meetings with our attorneys are available upon request, but we have implemented safety measures to help protect both our team and our clients. First, we are requesting that you don't bring anyone with you for your meeting. No children will be permitted into the office unless they are a client. We are requiring masks to be worn at all times and all guests will need to complete a health screening checklist and sign a waiver of liability.

Our attorneys and staff will continue to offer client-centered services through the use of video conferencing, telephone, and other electronic means as necessary. As always, we are available via telephone, email, and our website.

    Please stay safe.

Disclaimer

The determination of the need for legal services and the choice of a lawyer are extremely important decisions and should not be based solely upon advertisements, certification, specialization or self-proclaimed expertise. A description or indication of limitation of practice does not mean that any agency or board has certified such lawyers as specialist or expert in an indicated field of law practice nor does it mean that such lawyer is necessarily any more expert or competent than any other lawyer. All potential clients are urged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any lawyer being considered. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements.
