According to a report by People, 44-year-old Avengers actor Jeremy Renner has been granted a divorce from his 23-year-old wife, Sonni Pacheco. They tied the knot in 2014 and have a daughter, Ava, who was born in 2013. Renner and Pacheco had been married for only 10 months when the latter filed for a divorce, in which she cited irreconcilable differences as the reason, in December 2014.
The divorce papers showed that Renner was ordered to pay $13,000 monthly for child support. He will also put the 5% excess of his annual earnings towards his daughter, according to People. His now ex-wife, on the other hand, will not be receiving any spousal support, since a prenuptial agreement was signed in 2013. In addition to the agreements, the Hollywood actor will keep most of his property, which includes his motorcycle collection.
A controversial custody battle revealed that Pacheco allegedly neglected their daughter, which led to the bitter end of their short-lived marriage.
